To honor the courageous soldiers who lost their lives this past week in Saint Jean sur Richelieu and Ottawa, and to show respect for the men and women whose selfless activities prevented the attackers and helped the casualties, the Ottawa Senators, Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple Leafs will stage a unified homage Saturday immediately preceding the 7 p.m. ET puck falls at their various stadiums.
The show of solidarity, to be staged concurrently from the three Canadian teams hosting 7 p.m. ET matches at Canadian Tire Centre in Kanata, Ontario, Bell Centre in Montreal and Air Canada Centre in Toronto, will be broadcast live on CBC, Sportsnet ONE, City, and TVA Sports in Canada and on NHL Network in the United States.
